Role & responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the concrete batching plant to ensure continuous and efficient production.
• Ensure concrete mix designs comply with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor batching accuracy, material consumption, and production output.
• Coordinate with site engineers, quality control teams, and production staff.
• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
• Manage raw material stock levels (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and consumption reports.
• Handle calibration of batching plant equipment and weighing systems.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to concrete performance on site.
• Train operators and plant staff on proper operating procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in concrete batching plant operations (adjustable).
• Strong knowledge of concrete mix designs and material properties.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ready‑mix or large‑scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ASTM, BS, or EN.
• Computer skills (Excel, reporting software, batching plant software).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
