Qualifications

• 7+ years of post-articles experience in a legal role.
• Experience within a Banking environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition of non-performing accounts to legal division.
• Manage litigation processes and attend to trial preparations.
• Provide legal advice to credit department and business units.
• Monitor insolvencies and manage associated costs.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Understanding of debtors' accounts

Knowledge of the legal process and insolvencies

Knowledge of security agreements
