Azure Platform Engineer required in Cape Town.

The 3rd Line Azure Engineer will remotely deliver expert support and technical project services to international clients from our Cape Town Office.

The role involves managing Azure cloud resources, handling 3rd line incident resolution, and working closely with service desks, vendors, and customers to ensure SLA commitments are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, investigate, and resolve complex Azure-related incidents
• Implement and support Azure cloud technologies including VMs, Networks, Key Vaults, Policies, and more
• Collaborate with vendors to apply innovative solutions and ensure timely issue resolution
• Create technical documentation and contribute to continuous service improvement

Required Experience & Certifications:

• 5-10 years managing Microsoft Windows Server OS, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
