The Assistant Manager / Administrator will be a hands‑on, all‑rounder role supporting daily business operations and office administration. The position requires a resilient, confident individual who performs well under pressure, is willing to assist across all areas of the business, and can work effectively within a predominantly female office environment.

Description
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management
  • Assist with day‑to‑day office management and coordination
  • Prepare, maintain, and analyse Excel spreadsheets and reports
  • Capture, process, and reconcile information using Pastel Accounting
  • Support financial administration, including basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist colleagues as required and contribute across departments
  • Ensure deadlines are met in a high‑pressure environment
  • Maintain accurate records and organised filing systems
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Proven experience in an administrative and/or assistant management role
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, reporting)
  • Working knowledge of Pastel Accounting (essential)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Confident, assertive personality with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to assist wherever required and take initiative
