Qualifications

  • Buildsmart System experience 3 – 5 years minimum.
  • Proven experience in asset and fleet management, preferably in a corporate setting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles and equipment.
  • Plan daily routes considering time and distance.
  • Develop asset management strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Monitor fuel and consumables consumption.
  • Ensure all maintenance checks and services are carried out.
  • Analyze fleet performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Manage vendor relationships for procurement and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
  • Handle incidents, accidents, and theft cases.
  • Prepare and manage the budget for fleet operations.
  • Conduct regular audits of fleet and asset performance.
  • Produce monthly reports on fleet status.

Job description

Duties & Responsibilities Being in control of management and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles and equipment.

Daily route planning, taking time and distance into consideration.

Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Monitoring fuel and sundries consumption.

Ensure that all maintenance checks and services is booked and caried out.

Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.

Manage vendor relationships for vehicle procurement, maintenance, and repair services.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Handling all incident , accident, and theft cases.

Prepare and manage the budget for fleet operations and asset management.

Management and booking of small plant.

(example wackers, generators)

Conduct regular audits and assessments of fleet and asset performance.

Conduct monthly inspections on all fleet to prevent careless use of equipment.

Producing monthly reports of plant and plant status to management.

Handling aal logbooks and feedback to management.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
