Responsibilities
  • Manage email communications while maintaining the owner's personal tone and voice across all customer interactions
  • Create and maintain CRM deal entries to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and data integrity
  • Handle document processing and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Execute lead management and outreach activities to support business development initiatives
  • Nurture pipeline opportunities through systematic follow-up and relationship-building activities
Qualifications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
  • Proven experience managing shared inboxes or delegated access in Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency in CRM data entry and deal creation within platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive.
  • Experience managing DocuSign templates.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to draft professional emails for management review while following established communication workflows.
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in structured data entry tasks.
  • Foundational knowledge of sales and business development processes.
  • Ability to execute batch email campaigns (50–100 emails) with consistent tone and messaging.
