Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting activities, financial statements, tax compliance, payroll, debtors / creditors, and audits
• Support lending operations by ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with policies
• Administer treasury functions including cash flow, budgets, fund planning, and repayments
• Prepare financial and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debt stakeholders and auditors

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years accounting experience (firm experience an advantage)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems
