- Manage accounting activities, financial statements, tax compliance, payroll, debtors / creditors, and audits
- Support lending operations by ensuring accuracy of financial records and compliance with policies
- Administer treasury functions including cash flow, budgets, fund planning, and repayments
- Prepare financial and management reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with debt stakeholders and auditors

- 3+ years accounting experience (firm experience an advantage)
