The Ideal Candidate

Responsibilities include:

• Managing financial records, preparing reports, and conducting audits
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Processing invoices, budgeting, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements
• Taking full ownership of records for both our Impact Hedge Division and the growing MRD Academy
• Preparing and presenting the weekly financial dashboard tracking our progress toward revenue goals
• Mastering financial administration including strategic budgeting and iron-clad compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in financial records management & statement preparation
• Deep knowledge of auditing, financial regulations, budgeting, and reconciliation
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Mastery of accounting software and Google Sheets
• Holding an RE5 or RE1 certification is a major advantage.
