Minimum requirements
- Accounting Degree / Diploma
- A minimum of 5 years experience in accounting is required for graduates; alternatively, 10 years of practical experience is required.
- ERP Financial System experience.
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).

Duties and responsibilities
- Perform full accounting functions up to Trial Balance, covering all areas of accounting, and not only a particular part of finance.
- Manage the debtors collection process.
- Oversee project accounting.
- Perform reconciliations and checks.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Manage banking.
- HR Administration: Manage HR processes, including sourcing new personnel, onboarding, disciplinary actions, training, resignations, retirements, and performance appraisal.
- Provide support to employees and management on HR policy and processes.
- Process monthly payroll and reconciliations.
- Report to Group HR Officer.
- General: Manage the processes needed to compile a BBBEE scorecard.
- Ensure compliance with submissions to DoL, Seta, and general labour law.
- Perform general office administration tasks, including petty cash and travel arrangements, as required.
- Provide information for the submission of tenders.
- Provide general administrative support to the Office.
