Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the region
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales in line with company targets
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and feedback
  • Develop and implement account strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events as required
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Sales, or related field (advantageous)
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
