A recruitment firm seeks an experienced Account Manager in Gauteng to drive sales growth and manage customer relationships. As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing existing customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality service across your portfolio. This role suits someone confident, organised, and results‑driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers while proactively seeking new opportunities.
Sell and market the company’s full range of products to new and existing markets.
Service and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Handle all sales-related communication, including incoming calls, customer queries, product information, and pricing requests.
Prepare and manage accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
Maintain and update the CRM system with all relevant interactions, sales activity, and pipeline information.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to upsell, cross‑sell, or introduce new product offerings to existing clients.
Grade 12 (Matric).
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a sales or account management role.
Strong computer literacy, including CRM and MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
