We are looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our team.

This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, acting as a trusted partner to Dealer Principals, F&I Managers, and sales staff. You’ll be responsible for growing market share, increasing premium values, and positioning Motorvaps’ product offerings to ensure sustained success for both the dealership and Motorvaps.

This is a client-facing, target-driven position that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic sales planning, and the ability to deliver real value to our dealer partners.

Responsibilities
  • Support dealership relationship management and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders
  • Manage and grow relationships with dealerships in your allocated territory.
  • Act as the primary contact for Dealer Principals, F&I Managers, sales and admin staff.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving premium sales growth.
  • Conduct quality dealership visits to reinforce partnerships.
  • Train dealership staff on Motorvaps’ product offerings.
  • Analyse dealer stock, approvals vs take-ups, and sales trends to optimise performance.
  • Resolve dealer queries timeously, including claims, payments, and product explanations.
  • Track and report on sales performance, penetration, and market share.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor products.
  • Attend and host dealer events, networking functions, and relationship-building initiatives.
