Descripción de la vacante
A leading interior design consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Account Servicing Executive. This role will focus on managing communication with interior designer clients and ensuring project requirements are met. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be organized, and maintain a positive attitude. Comfort with occasional weekend messages is expected. This position is full-time, supporting the dynamic needs of our clients.
Formación
- Must be able to manage multiple follow-ups efficiently.
- Fluent communication via phone and WhatsApp is essential.
- Willingness to work on weekends as needed.
Responsabilidades
- Be the main point of contact for interior designer clients.
- Respond to enquiries and follow up on project updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project management.
- Track project status and ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain client records and communication logs.
- Support day-to-day account servicing duties.
