About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to help build and grow Aonic Lifestyle’s sales channels in Singapore. This is a unique hybrid role combining:
- Channel & dealer sales
- Retail showroom engagement
- Sales operations and fulfilment
- E-commerce order processing
- You will play a key part in shaping our Singapore operations and customer experience
Responsibilities
1. Channel & Dealer Sales
- Build strong relationships with Singapore resellers and retail partners.
- Drive monthly sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Conduct product training, store visits, and business reviews.
- Support channel activation campaigns, promotions, and market expansion plans.
- Identify and onboard new sales channels to grow market reach.
2. Sales Operations & Fulfilment
- Handle daily e-commerce orders (Lazada, Shopee, Shopify).
- Process dealer purchase orders and coordinate deliveries.
- Manage inventory for Enabot products in the onsite mini warehouse.
- Perform stock counts, replenishment, and basic warehousing tasks.
- Prepare weekly sales and operations updates.
3. Customer Service & Retail Engagement
- Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom, especially on weekends.
- Demonstrate and explain products such as LiberNovo chairs and Enabot devices.
- Support pre- and post-sales inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.
- Assist with customer troubleshooting and arrange service-related follow-ups.
4. Store & Office Support
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and customer experience standards.
- Guide part-time weekend staff when needed.
- Assist with in-store demos, events, or product activations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree preferred, but strong relevant experience also considered.
- 2–4 years’ experience in Sales, Retail, Consumer Electronics, Furniture, E-commerce Operations, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in demonstrating products.
- Comfortable with hands‑on duties across sales, fulfilment, and retail support.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work independently in a small team environment.
- Experience with Lazada/Shopee/Shopify dashboards is a plus.
