About the Role

We’re looking for an Operations Associate to support and manage the day-to-day activities of our new Singapore hub. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career—whether you're coming from retail, logistics, or any operations-related field and want to take on more responsibility and grow with a fast-moving company.

What You’ll Do

• Help coordinate and oversee daily order fulfillment and warehouse activities.
• Support a small team of florists to ensure timely and high-quality order processing.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing supply orders when needed.

Who You Are

• You have some experience in operations, logistics, retail, or a related field (internships and part-time work count!).
• You’re organized, reliable, and enjoy solving problems on the go.
• You’re hands-on and comfortable working with a small, close-knit team.
• You’re available to work on weekends (one day of the weekend).
