We are hiring SOFTWARE DEVELOPER with below requirements;
Design, develop, and enhance Life Asia core insurance applications using COBOL and Life Asia components.
Customize policy administration, billing, claims, and underwriting modules based on business needs.
Analyze functional specifications and convert them into detailed technical designs.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT and production releases.
Investigate and resolve application defects and production issues promptly.
Work with onshore and offshore teams to deliver projects within timelines.
Support system integration with upstream and downstream applications.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in impact analysis for change requests and system enhancements.
Strong knowledge of insurance business processes and good communication skills required.
