Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Develop new software applications to meet client requirements and enhance system functionality
• Research and evaluate new technologies and problem-solving techniques to improve software solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing VB.NET, C#.NET, and ASP.NET applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Prepare comprehensive system documentation to support development, implementation, and maintenance activities
• Perform system installation and implementation to ensure seamless deployment and integration
• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors promptly to minimize downtime and maintain user satisfaction
• Deliver user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of software applications
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress and knowledge sharing
• Travel occasionally to client sites for system installation, training, or support as required

Required competencies and certifications
