Job summary
A leading interior design firm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented individual to manage office commercial projects. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure timely execution and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, is responsible, and can work well in a team. Experience in AutoCAD is a plus. The position offers performance bonuses, annual leave, and medical benefits.

Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Founder & Co-founder.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and technical teams.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor site safety, cleanliness, and quality control.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Skills
Tools
1. You shall report directly to the Founder & Co-founder of Vins Interior Pte Ltd, or such other person who may assigned by the management.
2. Collaborate with design, sales and technical teams to understand project scope and client requirements.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely execution.
4. Ensure client feedback is communicated effectively to relevant departments.
5. Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory of site materials and tools
6. Monitor site safety, cleanliness, quality control, and compliance with design specifications.
7. Ensure all required permits, approvals, and documentation are obtained and updated.
8. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations and design specifications.
9. Experience in office commercial project.
10. Experience with AutoCAD is a plus but not necessary.
11. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Responsible and a team player.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
