Job description

Enrichment Tuition Teacher / Centre Supervisor

Working days: 5.5 days

Centre operating hours: Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm, Saturday 9am-430pm, Sunday 9am-6pm

Location: Tampines Plaza

Salary: $2800 - $3500 (depends to experiences)

Job Description:

• Oversee the full operations (student & tuition) for the outlet
• Streamline work processes
• Plan and deliver of student activities/post-exam activities and curriculum
• To take on tuition classes
• To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
• To handle parents’/students’ enquiries on class timings/ services/ etc
• Liaising with parents, students, schools, external vendors on any changes to schedule
• Training of new hires
• Handle firsthand issues for the outlet
• Providing regular updates to the management
• Any other operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
• Prior tutoring experience
