Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and has at least 1 year of relevant project experience. This role offers a competitive salary of up to SGD 5,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience.
• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily site operations for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
• Prepare and update site progress reports and documentation.

Job description

Work Location: Home to Site (Various Location depends on project)
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000(Basic) + Variable Bonus (VB)

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of works
• Prepare and update site progress reports, inspection records, and related documentation
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards at all times
• Assist in resolving site challenges, variations, and technical queries

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised PEB or BCA, Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations
• Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
