A local restaurant chain in Singapore seeks a Supervisor to assist in daily operations and ensure quality service. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, resolving customer issues, and maintaining standards in food safety and hygiene. Ideal candidates should have supervisory experience in F&B or retail and possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role offers opportunities for growth and team development.
Qualifications
- Prior F&B or retail supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsabilités
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily store operations.
- Supervise and coach team members during shifts.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
- Support in staff scheduling and training.
Connaissances
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily store operations (front of house & back of house).
- Supervise and coach team members during shifts to ensure quality service and product standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and control wastage.
- Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with our operational policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Act as Manager-on-Duty when required.
- Prior F&B or retail supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
