• Resolve technical problems that arise on site.
• Ensure proper project handover to client.

Job description

• To support site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work (with the emphasis of precast)
• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any sub-contractor
• Liaising with local authorities, clients, sub-contractor, and consultants to resolve any commercial and contractual matter
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications
• Resolving any technical problems/difficulties that may arise on site
• To ensure proper handover of project to client
