Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the grocery store to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Manage store staff including scheduling, training, and performance supervision
  • Ensure adequate stock levels of all essential products, especially fresh produce and meat
  • Monitor inventory, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the purchasing team
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the store
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Supervise product displays, store layout, and promotional activities
  • Track sales performance and support the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
  • Manage cash handling, daily sales reports, and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate with headquarters on pricing, promotions, and logistics matters
Requirements
