Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Resident Technical Officer (RTO) to oversee construction projects and ensure compliance with authority requirements. The ideal candidate holds a civil/structural diploma, has a minimum of three years of relevant experience, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary in the range of S$4,800 - S$5,000 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant experience in Road Works, LTA Projects, Viaduct, or Flyover.
• Shall have certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
• Preferably specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and inspection to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Review and check all drawings and specifications for compliance.
• Ensure all construction works comply with statutory board requirements.
