Qualifications

• Registered Crane Operator License with 5+ years of experience in a shipyard.
• Experience in supervisory capacity for at least 3 years in ship repair or shipbuilding.
• Strong physical site operation skills to oversee complex lifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workers to ensure completion of painting and coating tasks.
• Assist in crane barge mooring operation.
• Perform risk assessments to ensure safe loading/unloading operations.
• Conduct inspections on the crane to ensure safety for operations.
• Collaborate with shipyard personnel to meet project timelines.
