Job summary

A logistics management company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role to manage inbound and outbound logistics processes. The position includes preparing daily reports, conducting inventory counts, and coordinating deliveries. Candidates must have a minimum N-Level qualification, be physically fit, able to work nights, and possess good teamwork skills. Shift allowances and bonuses are provided.

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics processes.
• Prepare and update daily reports.
• Conduct daily inventory cycle counts.
• Coordinate with drivers for urgent deliveries.
• Arrange red rush deliveries when required.
• Handle ad-hoc collections for urgent requests.
• Process manual releases upon approval.
• Manage orders during system maintenance.
• Verify stock availability.
• Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks.

• Arrange red rush deliveries when required.
• Handle ad-hoc collections for urgent requests from engineers or call management.
• Process manual releases upon HPE approval.
• Manage EXPO orders during system maintenance periods.
• Verify stock availability through the Easitool website.
• Perform other ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum N-Level qualification.
2. Able to read and respond to emails in English.
3. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
4. Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
5. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy parts.
6. Strong team player with good cooperation and support skills.

Permanent Night shifts

Working hours: 8.30pm-8.30am (work 4 days, rest 3 days)
