Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 8–10 years of proven expertise in designing intuitive, user-centric digital experiences. The role focuses on translating business requirements and design thinking principles into high-quality user interfaces, with Sketch as the primary design tool, while collaborating closely with product, development, and business teams.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design activities, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity visual design and handoff.
- Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex user and business problems.
- Create user flows, personas, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Sketch as the core design platform.
- Utilize complementary tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD, and InVision as needed.
- Design responsive web interfaces that align with usability, accessibility, and branding standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with requirements.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
- 8–10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web-based and digital applications.
- Strong expertise in Sketch as the primary design tool.
- Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design tools.
- Solid understanding and application of Design Thinking principles and user-centered design practices.
- Experience designing responsive and modern web interfaces.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX processes, problem-solving skills, and high-quality design outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional, agile teams.
