• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or specialized certification (e.g., LEED certification) may be advantageous.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in interior design, with experience in handling large-scale or high-end projects.
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept through completion.
• Experience in managing teams and collaborating with external contractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Creative vision: Ability to produce original and innovative design concepts.
• Technical expertise: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
