A premier human resource consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director in various sales and administrative duties. The role involves managing schedules, overseeing projects, and attending overseas business trips. Candidates should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business and have experience in Corporate Governance. The position offers a basic salary of $3,000 - $4,800 with bonus potential, working five days a week in Loyang, East Singapore.

Job Overview

Requirements

Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee various projects assigned by the Director across diverse business lines, community initiatives, and personal interests, managing interconnected activities and relationships.
Collaborate closely with Heads of Departments (HODs) for various projects.
Balance the interests of the company's stakeholders, including shareholders, management, customers, suppliers, financiers, government, and the community.
Manage Director’s calendar, travel, meetings, and schedules, facilitating appointments, securing necessary equipment and facilities.
Coordinate and prepare materials for local, regional, and international meetings/presentations, conduct meetings, and maintain accurate records of materials and meeting minutes.
Perform additional duties as delegated by the Director, including coordinating the operations of the Director’s office.
Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
