Job summary
A leading logistics firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and manage inventory. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, along with 3-5 years of operations management experience. Key responsibilities include coordinating workflows across teams, improving operational processes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role offers a salary of up to $4,000 depending on qualifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations or management.
- Experience in FMCG, trading, or logistics preferred.
- Class 3 license is required.

Salary : Up to $4,000 depending on qualification and experience
We are looking for a leader to oversee our day-to-day operations, manage inventory, and ensure smooth workflow across our warehouse and logistics.
- Oversee daily operations and supervise the operations team.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop and improve operational processes and SOPs.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
- Plan and conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
- Handle operational issues and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse operational data and prepare management reports.
- Manage manpower, resources, and equipment requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
- Perform ad hoc duties as required.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3–5 years of operations or management experience (FMCG, trading, or logistics preferred).
- Experience in inventory management and stock-taking
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
- Have Class 3 license
- Have forklift license is a plus
