Working location: The Concourse

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

  • Manage the daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive, ensuring efficiency and timely follow-ups
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips, ensuring a smooth experience
  • Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and organize documents with accuracy and discretion
  • Assist in planning and coordinating internal and external events, ensuring all details are flawlessly executed
  • Act as the first point of contact for calls, emails, and inquiries, providing professional responses or directing them appropriately
  • Proactively identify priorities and manage competing deadlines to keep the executive focused on high-value tasks
  • Support ongoing projects by conducting research, preparing presentations, and ensuring timelines are met
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and communications
