Job summary

A construction company in Singapore seeks a Supervisor to oversee construction teams and ensure timely project delivery. Responsibilities

• Liase with all parties including authorities and contractors.
• Schedule work and deploy relevant workers.
• Oversee and supervise a team of workmen.
• Ensure timely delivery of Works with correct materials.
• Attend to feedback from residents/public.
• Ensure proper communications with residents.
• Update/upload information onto system.
• Coordinate logistics for moves.
• Undertake related duties as stipulated by the Client.

Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Liase with all parties including authorities, external contractors engaged by the Client.
• Schedule the works and deploy relevant workers to do the works.
• Oversee and supervise a team of workmen
• Ensure that the Works done by workmen are delivered timely with correct and approved materials.
• Attend to feedback from residents/public in relation to the works or services provided by the workmen
• Ensure proper communications with the residents regarding Services/works to be carried out
• Update/upload relevant information/document onto system
• Coordinate move logistics, including (but not limited to) vehicle reservations, storage arrangements, and scheduling to resolve unexpected challenges.
• Undertake any other related duties stipulated by the Client.

Requirements

• Possess a national certificate in construction supervision or
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
• Possess a recognised diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering; or
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry; or
• Other qualifications and working experience in the building construction industry acceptable
