Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant Operation Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing the day-to‑day operations of our organization, ensuring smooth workflow, process improvement, quality control, logistics management, and inventory management. The Assistant Operation Manager will work closely with the Operation Manager to drive operational efficiency and productivity. This is a full‑time position based in Singapore, with on‑site work mode required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing and managing daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to established processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operation Manager to identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies for lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, guiding and inventory management.
  • Assist in managing a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve organizational goals.
  • Capably handle ad‑hoc assignments and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in operations management.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in process improvement, quality control and logistics management.
  • Proficient in data analysis and able to derive actionable insights from operational data.
  • Able to perform shift work, including working on Weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Relevant experience in operation in travel agency is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
