A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced engineering lead to oversee ReactJS and React Native teams. The role focuses on enhancing product features, driving user growth, and implementing AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in performance optimization and SEO to improve overall platform reliability and maintainability.
Responsabilidades
- Lead engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
- Drive user growth through strategic promotions.
- Develop Gen AI initiatives, including chatbot Proofs of Concept.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies.
- Optimize performance to improve product KPIs.
- Boost platform SEO and performance.
- Enhance system reliability and maintainability.
- Improve system maintainability and operational efficiency.

- Lead ReactJS and React Native engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and product enhancements.
- Drive user growth through strategic promotions and product improvements
- Lead the design and development of Gen AI initiatives, including RAG-based chatbot Proofs of Concept using LangChain, Ollama, Model Context Protocol (MCP), AWS Bedrock, and Strand Agents.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and integrate them into solution architectures to accelerate organizational innovation.
- Drive performance optimization initiatives, improving product KPIs such as site speed, user experience, and technical quality.
- Boost platform SEO and performance.
- Reduce system instability by optimizing error-handling and system reliability.
- Improve system maintainability, long-term sustainability, and operational efficiency through robust architectural designs.
