JOB DESCRIPTION

An MNC in precision engineering industry with global footprint in over 20 countries is currently looking for an APAC Director, Service Sales & Technical Support to join their team.

The APAC Director, Service Sales & Technical Support will lead the regional service strategy to maximize customer retention and drive service revenue growth. This role is responsible for overseeing a best-in-class Level 2 Technical Support Centre, managing regional training programs, and optimizing service delivery workflows. You will collaborate closely with global and regional commercial heads to align service operations with business growth, while coaching in-country leadership teams to ensure peak productivity.

Additionally, you will manage regional budgets, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and foster relationships with strategic accounts to ensure the highest standards of technical excellence across both direct and distributor channels.

Successful candidates can expect to work in a stable, established organization with a cohesive team.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or relevant fields
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Working experience in life science/industrial microscopy/imaging industry is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Proven experience managing regional teams within a complex, matrix-structured MNC
  • Deep expertise in optimizing service delivery processes and business operations
