A leading financial institution in Singapore seeks a Technical Team Lead to manage their multifactor authentication (MFA) infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of relevant experience in security protocols and strong technical skills in soft token technologies and risk management. This role includes overseeing a team, supporting daily operations, and ensuring compliance to enhance the bank's security posture. The suitable candidate will lead and manage a team of engineers and operations specialists in the support of DBS' employee multifactor authentication (MFA) infrastructure and operations. He/She will be responsible for the end to end strategizing, planning, deployment, operations and development of the bank's MFA infrastructure including support of the employee soft token. This individual will manage a team in support of the administration and support of the solutions.
The ideal candidate must be 'hands-on', well organised, risk and compliance focused, and self-driven as this is a fast‑paced and highly technical environment.
