Job Summary:

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. You will manage a team of engineers, guide their career development, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions are delivered on time.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
