As we continue to expand our team, we are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow our talented engineering team.

Job Summary:

As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the engineering team, driving technical excellence, and ensuring the successful execution of engineering projects. You will manage a team of engineers, guide their career development, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Drive the technical direction of projects, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain engineering processes to improve productivity, quality, and scalability.
  • Provide hands‑on technical leadership, including code reviews, architecture design, and solving complex engineering challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and career development for engineers.
  • Lead the team in continuous learning and the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor and report on team performance, project progress, and technical milestones to senior leadership.
