About the Role

Join our team as a Facilities Engineer at a newly managed Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) site within a large-scale, high traffic facility. You will lead a team to ensure smooth operations and maintenance of building facilities, while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of technical officers and technicians in facilities management activities.
  • Provide technical advice and lead investigations for rectification works.
  • Liaise with contractors for corrective actions and ad-hoc jobs.
  • Investigate, analyze, and determine root causes of breakdowns, report faults effectively.
  • Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals for improvement.
  • Ensure proper documentation of procedures and maintenance works.
  • Plan and execute yearly maintenance schedules.
  • Develop and enhance technical officers’ skills through training and guidance.
  • Ensure safe keeping of tools and maintain good housekeeping standards.
  • Uphold Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices in all tasks.
  • Carry out any other ad-hoc projects, assignments, or repair work as required by the manager.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Air-conditioning / Building Services or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post-graduation experience in facilities management.
  • Safety Induction Course (SIC- trained) with strong technical knowledge.
  • Hardworking, able to multi-task, and possess a proactive attitude.
  • Good safety mindset and demonstrates strong WSH behavior.
  • Work Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
  • Candidates who are available to commence work at short notice will be highly regarded.
