Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location: Changi (islandwide pickup)

Job Description:

1. Assist clients with Novation Agreements and maintain contracts/POs in SAP.
2. Source and notify clients of tender/quotation opportunities.
3. Support clients in document submissions and ensure compliance with deadlines.
4. Verify and maintain awarded contracts and POs in SAP, resolving discrepancies.
5. Handle extension requests for tenders/quotations.
6. Conduct ingredient checks and consult with the regulatory team as needed.
7. Ensure submission copies align with client information and clarify discrepancies.
8. Encrypt and send LOAs and contracts to clients.
9. Assist with GPO post-tender queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
10. Record quantities accurately in SAP and seek client agreement for invoice settlements.
11. Handle permit applications and product recalls.
12. Ensure excellent customer care and assist with product/customer complaints.
13. Monitor service level reports and implement improvement plans as necessary.
14. Support internal and external audits.
15. Provide training for the team as needed.

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar
