Job Scope

• Help in placing orders with suppliers, ensuring that purchase orders are accurately processed.
• Track deliveries by coordinating with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure goods arrive on time and resolve any discrepancies in order shipments.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excessive surplus.
• Update inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular stock reconciliations to maintain accurate stock data and support auditing processes.
• Work with logistics teams to schedule shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
• Help resolve logistical issues, such as delays or damaged goods, to maintain smooth operational flow and customer satisfaction.
• Collect data from various sources such as shipments, inventory levels, and supplier performance metrics.
• Assist in analysing this data to identify trends that affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain.
• Participate in projects aimed at streamlining supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with basic supply chain functions such as procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Educational projects
• or internships related to supply chain are beneficial
• Experience and familiar with SAP / ERP & Microsoft Office
