Job summary
A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance their marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will manage digital platforms and create engaging content while conducting market research. A diploma/degree in Marketing or related fields with 3+ years of experience is required. Familiarity with SEO tools and industrial marketing is preferred. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on innovative marketing solutions.

- Experience in industrial automation or IoT marketing is an advantage.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills are essential.

- Plan and coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and industry campaigns.
- Manage and grow all digital marketing platforms, including website, social media, and online engagement channels.
- Lead the creation of high-quality digital content such as videos, blogs, articles, email campaigns, and product features.
- Support marketing initiatives with visual assets, copywriting, and communication materials.
- Handle internal and external communication across print, media, and digital formats.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry insights to support strategic marketing decisions.
- Lead SEO initiatives, website optimisation, and digital performance improvement projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or IT, with 3+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, or IoT marketing is an advantage.
- Strong content creation, writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to translate technical concepts into engaging digital narratives.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, SEO tools, and online analytics is preferred.
