Work week: 5 days work week
Salary: Basic ($2500 - $3500) + Incentives ($200 - $3000 or more)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client hiring needs, team structure, and job requirements
- Pitch recruitment services and generate new business opportunities
- Manage client expectations and deliver a high-quality recruitment service
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and databases
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline across relevant sectors
- Organize and manage interviews between clients and candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback throughout the process
- Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and internal procedure
- Manage the offer process through to successful placement
- Maintain accurate records on internal applicant tracking systems
- Prepare weekly or monthly activity reports (e.g., KPIs, placements, pipeline updates)
- Handle reference checks and pre-employment documentation
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer‑facing roles is advantageous, with CEI certification
- High level of resilience, persistence, and target‑driven motivation
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Proactive, self‑driven, and confident when dealing with clients and situations that may arise from time to time
