A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, both in-store and digitally. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of marketing experience, especially in retail environments. Responsibilities include executing promotional strategies, managing social media channels, and analyzing customer data to enhance engagement. A strong understanding of CRM systems and retail KPIs is essential for this position.
Cash Converters is a second hand dealer that buys and sells used products in various categories such as household appliances, electronics, jewellery, watches and branded bags and accessories.
We are looking for a hands-on, digitally-savvy marketer who loves both the creative side of promotions and the analytical side of customer data.
Plan, execute, and measure the success of all in-store promotions and campaigns.
Email marketing, SMS blast, Social Media (FB/Insta/TikTok), Google My Business, paid social ads.
Data Collection, Running loyalty programs.
Work with data to understand traffic patterns and campaign effectiveness.
Minimum 2-4 years of direct experience in a marketing role, with significant exposure to retail operations.
Proven track record of planning, executing and monitoring physical in-store promotions, campaigns and visual merchandising support to drive immediate sales uplift.
Practical experience in generating content and executing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
Experience with Paid Social Ads management (eg boosting, campaign setup) is highly advantageous.
Operational proficiency in managing a CRM / Loyalty Program database, including ensuring accurate data collection and processing.
Ability to execute targeted communications (Email / SMS) and personalised offer deployments based on segmented customer lists.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to compile reports on campaign performance (digital reach, engagement, redemption rates).
A good understanding of retail key performance indicators (KPIs), including Footfall Analysis, and the ability to link marketing activities to changes in store traffic and conversion rates.
