Responsibilities:
- Understand and promote medical aesthetic and wellness treatment to customers.
- Be able to effectively communicate treatment plans, product benefits, and procedures to support patient understanding, informed decision-making, and adherence.
- Set up daily sales planning with medical doctors and therapist and achieve personal and company sales targets
- Set-up and coordinate daily Clinic flow, treatment scheduling and financial counselling.
- Be a warm and engaging customer service provider in managing customer relationships and follow-up after service, build strong and trust worthy relationships with customers.
- Handle social media/phone enquiries from potential customers according to Company SOP, provide sales reports to management.
- Attend to front desk duties, namely process payments responsibly, maintain system records of patients financial transactions and treatments, and manage inventory.
- Provide assistance to medical doctors on aesthetic services and perform face and body treatments where required.
- Assist Manager to supervise therapists to achieve high service standards of services
- Work cohesively and closely with other affiliate companies for cross-selling
Requirements:
- Good spoken
- Demonstrates good personal sales track record preferably in medi-spa / aesthetics medical clinic
- Experience in providing skincare / fat freezing / slimming advantageous.
- Results driven and service oriented
- Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques without hard selling
- Possess leadership skills
- Confident and well-groomed
- Uniform provided
- Sunday and PH Off
