As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you won’t just “do marketing”, you’ll be a storyteller, trendspotter and brand guardian all in one. You’ll plan and execute exciting, multi-channel campaigns across e-commerce, social media, public relations, digital marketing, CRM and events, turning ideas into results and customers into loyal fans.
E-Commerce – Keep our online store and marketplace listings (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada) fresh, optimized and irresistible with great visuals and promotions that drive sales.
Social Media – Plan, create and post engaging content on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook that builds our community and sparks conversations.
Public Relations – Partner with influencers and media to get our products featured, reviewed and loved, while managing product gifting and media kits.
Digital Marketing – Run paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok) and continuously optimize for clicks, conversions and ROI.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Craft personalized email/SMS campaigns and loyalty programs that keep customers coming back.
Events & Campaigns – Coordinate exciting product launches, pop-ups, and in-store activations that bring the brand to life offline.
Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Communications
Proven experience in trade marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in the beauty industry
Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to create content that aligns with these standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative and detail-oriented approach to marketing strategies
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
A collaborative, team-first attitude with a proactive problem-solving approach
5 days’ work week, Mon to Fri, 9.00am to 6.00pm
