Role Summary
The Creative Producer is responsible for planning, producing, and refining high-quality visual and video content that supports the hotel’s marketing, branding, and commercial objectives. This role focuses on hands‑on creative execution—from concept to delivery—across digital campaigns, social media, CRM, and on‑property screens.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller and producer first. Experience with AI‑assisted creative tools is an added advantage, but not a requirement. This role plays a key part in maintaining brand consistency, accelerating content output, and supporting revenue‑driven campaigns.
Key Areas of Focus
- Produce compelling video and visual content for hotel marketing and brand storytelling
- Support commercial campaigns for rooms, F&B, and key need periods
- Ensure consistent, on‑brand creative output across all channels
- Explore AI‑assisted tools to enhance efficiency and creativity (where applicable)
Responsibilities
Creative Production & Storytelling (Core Focus)
- Produce and edit short‑form and long‑form video content for social media, digital advertising, CRM, and on‑property screens
- Create lifestyle visuals showcasing guest rooms, buffet experiences, club lounge, events, and overall hotel atmosphere
- Support marketing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, OTA platforms, and owned channels
- Translate creative briefs and commercial objectives into visually engaging assets
Commercial & Campaign Support
- Develop creative assets for room promotions, staycation offers, festive campaigns, and F&B activations
- Adapt content for different audience segments (corporate, leisure, families, regional markets)
- Work closely with Marketing, Rooms, F&B, and Revenue teams to align creative output with business priorities
Brand Consistency & Workflow
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards
- Manage content versions, revisions, and timelines efficiently
- Support basic performance review of content (engagement, views, feedback) and refine assets where needed
AI‑Assisted Creative Production (Bonus)
- Use AI tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Gemini Image, Veo or similar) to assist with image generation, video ideation, or creative iteration
- Experiment with AI workflows to improve speed, scale, or variation of creative output
- Support the development of basic prompt libraries or templates if applicable
Key Skills & Requirements
Must‑Have
- Proven experience as a Creative Producer, Video Producer, Multimedia Designer, or similar
- Strong skills in video production, editing, and visual storytelling
- Good eye for composition, pacing, and brand‑aligned visuals
- Hands‑on experience with short‑form video (reels, social clips, digital ads)
- Ability to capture on‑property content using phone, gimbal, or basic camera setups
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with multiple stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and ability to take creative direction
Good to Have (Bonus)
- Experience using AI‑assisted creative tools (image or video generation)
- Familiarity with hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or F&B brands
- Basic understanding of content performance metrics (engagement, CTR, views)
