About the role

As an Event Marketing specialist at MHG Enterprise, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing successful events that showcase the company's products and services. This full-time position is based in the Central Region and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the Marketing & Communications industry.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive event marketing strategies to drive event attendance and engagement
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target the most relevant audience for each event
• Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
• Create engaging event content, such as presentations, promotional materials, and social media campaigns
• Analyse event data and metrics to measure success and inform future event planning
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's event marketing efforts

What we're looking for

• Must be Singaporeans
• Able to speak Chinese (Chinese Environment)
• Working Hour 9am-6pm (Monday-Friday)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing or a related field
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences
• Proficient in using event management software, social media platforms, and data analysis tools
• Creativity and a passion for creating memorable experiences for attendees
• Familiarity with the Event Management industry and the latest trends and best practices
