YOUR ROLE

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talents.This role involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities and support employer branding initiatives. The TA Executive works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective hiring strategies.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
Recruitment and Candidate Sourcing
  • Manage full cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, interviewing and hiring
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment agencies
  • Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Employer Branding and Talent Pipeline
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Assist in employer branding efforts through career fairs and social media and partnerships
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Hiring Coordination and Offer Management
  • Work with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Support in salary negotiations
  • Conduct background checks and ensure all hiring documentation is complete
HR Reporting and Process Improvement
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports
  • Track hiring metrics eg time-to-hire and candidate conversion rate (temp to perm)
  • Suggest improvements to recruitment channels and processes
Compliance and Onboarding Support
  • Ensure recruitment processes align with labour laws and company policies
  • Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
  • Familiar with ATS and HRIS
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment tools
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to manage multiple job openings and deadlines
