Job summary
A leading restaurant chain in Singapore is seeking a full-time role to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, including management in the manager's absence. The candidate should possess excellent soft skills, a positive attitude, and be a team player, preferably with 2-4 years of experience in the F&B industry. This position offers a competitive salary and various benefits. Candidates must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

- Assist Restaurant Manager on daily restaurant operations (Hall and Kitchen)
- Manager-in-charge if Restaurant Manager is not around.
- Involve in Schedule planning and Sales opening and closing.
- Provide excellent customer service to our guests.
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
- Responsible in ensuring smooth operating of the restaurant.
- Any others duties assigned by Restaurant Manager.
- Handle daily restaurant operations (Both Hall Operation and Kitchen Operation)
- Full-time position.
- Team player and willingness to learn.
- Good soft skills and management skills.
- Preferable with 2-4 years of experience in F&B industry, experience in Japanese restaurants is a bonus.
- Mature and positive attitude.
- Able to commit on weekends and public holiday.
