Job description

Main Duties

• Oversee construction activities and progress.
• Plan, implement and monitor work schedules with the Project Schedule
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the works
• Liaise with QP (Architect) for technical issues
• Liaise with Project Designers on approved designs and meet project deadlines
• Liaise with house owners on the ongoing building stages
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors
• Handling of technical and engineering matters
• Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical matters on time
• Prepare report and method statement whenever required
• Manage workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat
• Supervise ongoing site activities closely and upkeep site record
• Other duties assigned by Head – Civil Engineer (Projects)
